- Mientras se hace la quinoa, cortar muy fina la lombarda. Poner una sartén con un poco de aceite a fuego alto. Saltear la lombarda 2-3 minutos



- Emplatar la quinoa. Poner encima la lombarda salteada y los anacardos troceados


- Servir caliente, recién hecho
