- 60 g nueces pecanas
- 60 g copos de avena suaves
- 1 cdta canela ceylan

- 10 g gelatina en polvo neutra o 6 láminas de gelatina neutra

- 50 g aceite de coco

- Ponemos en remojo en agua caliente los dátiles de la base durante 30 minutos. Más tarde haremos lo mismo con los de la cobertura. Calcular el tiempo
- Triturar los dátiles de la base hidratadoa y escurridos, la avena, las nueces pecanas y la canela hasta conseguir una mezcla pegajosa
- En el molde engrasado, incorporar la mezcla y aplastarla para compactarla. Llevarlo a la nevera
- Para el relleno hidratamos la gelatina en 45 ml de agua, removemos y esperamos a que dense
- Cortamos la calabaza y la metemos en el microondas 4 o 5 minutos, hasta que este blanda
- En un vaso de batidora añadimos la calabaza y la trituramos hasta hacer puré
- Añadir los quesos y triturarlos hasta que quede todo integrado
- Una vez densada la gelatina calentamos 10s en el microondas. Lo añadimos a nuestra mezcla y lo removemos bien para que quede todo bien integrado
- Verter la mezcla sobre la base y dejar en la nevera al menos 3 horas
- Para la cobertur trituramos todos los ingredientes. Recordad haber hidratado previemente los dátiles
- Verter sobre la tarta. Decoramos con nueces pecanas. Lo dejamos 30 minutos en la nevera y después, a diafrutar
