- Cuando el aceite esté bien caliente ya podemos poner los buñuelos a freír. Les damos la vuelta con unas pinzas o espátula para que queden igual de doraditos por todas partes.
- Ten preparada una bandeja con papel absorbente para que, a medida que los vayas sacando de la sartén, se escurran bien y no te queden aceitosos.
