- Cuando haya pasado el tiempo de la calabaza, la trituramos bien y añadimos la leche, yo usé desnatada, batimos de nuevo para que incorpore bien y reservamos hasta que esté la pasta.
- Cuánto haya pasado el tiempo necesario, escurrimos la pasta y la echamos en la sartén con la salsa. Calentamos a fuego mínimo mientras revolvemos con cuidado y servimos caliente. Adornada con queso rallado o orégano queda muy bien.
