- En una bandeja ponemos papel de hornear y encima colocamos la calabaza, ponemos encima un poco de azúcar y metemos al horno hasta que esté blandita

- Una vez asada, la aplastamos con un tenedor y reservamos, encenderemos el horno a 180 grados calor arriba y abajo, a esta temperatura vamos a hornear la tarta

- En una licuadora ponemos todos los ingredientes y mezclamos muy bien.

- Poner la mezcla en el molde y meter al horno durante 60’ comprobar con aguja que sale seca


- Dejar enfriar a temperatura ambiente, desmoldar y meter al frigorífico mínimo 6 horas
