- Picar el ajo y la cebolla. Cortar a rodajas la zanahoria y a rodajas más gruesas el puerro (mucho puerro!!! él es el protagonista del plato), y a dados la patata y la calabaza.

- Cuando estén doraditos añadir el resto de verduras, salpimentar y dejar sofreír un poco.
- Añadir el agua, el perejil picadito y dejar hervir. Corregir y salpimentar de nuevo si es necesario.
- Para que el caldo coja un poco más de cuerpo, coger algún trozo de patata, triturarla con un tenedor y mezclar. así el caldo coge un poco más de consistencia.
