- LA BESCIAMELLA : Calentar la leche. En otra olla, disolver la mantequilla, quitar de el fuego, unir la harina en una vez y mezclar con un batidor a mano. Poner al fuego otra vez, y mezclar hasta sea bien doradita. Unir poquita leche y disolver el fondo. Mezclar y unir toda la leche, con un poquita de sal y nuez moscada. Mezclar bien con el batidor a mano y cocinar algunos minutos.
- Calentar el horno a 220 grados. En un molde para lasaña, poner un poquita de besciamella y crema de calabaza. La pasta, encima los pedacitos de salchicha, el queso suizo y el queso parmesano rallado. Seguir así hasta terminar las hojas de pasta. Cubrir la última capa con la salsa bechamel y abundante parmesano. Cocinar 25/30 minutos.

- Sacar y dejar reposar 10 minutos. Así queda más en 'forma' una vez cortada ;De Buon Appetito!!!!
