- Una vez enfriada y cuajada la masa (yo lo tuve unas doce horas) la sacamos del frigorífico y ponemos aceite a calentar en una sartén.
- Preparamos un recipiente con pan rallado y otro con huevo batido.


- Hacemos unas bolas de masa y la pasamos por pan rallado, luego al huevo batido y otra vez por pan rallado.



- Freímos en abundante aceite caliente.



- El resto las podemos congelar y disfrutar otro día de estas croquetas.
