- Ya están listas para freír, pero como las iba a freír en freidora y no quería correr riesgo de que se me desmontaran, opte por congelarlas para utilizarlas al día siguiente.
- Mientras se nos calienta el aceite de la freidora, freímos en una sartén la cabezada de lomo, salándola.
- Freímos las croquetas sin descongelar en aceite muy caliente.
- Colocamos en cada plato tres croquetas, dos filetes de lomo y un tomate troceado crudo, simplemente lo aderezaremos con sal.
