  3. Pasamos las berenjenas secas por harina, retiramos el excedente, pasamos por huevos batidos y por último por el pan rallado.
  4. Colocamos un sartén con aceite a calentar y creímos hasta que sobren de ambos lados. (Yo las hice fritas porque había terminado de freír los bocadillos) Las podemos hacer en horno también en una fuente aceitada y con horno bien caliente.
