  1. En una olla pequeña ponemos la calabaza cortada en trocitos junto a la rama de canela y la piel de un limón. Lo dejamos un rato hasta que hierva. (Yo lo deje 5 minutos hirviendo)
  2. Una vez haya hervido lo escurrimos y quitamos la canela y cáscara de limón. Lo pasamos por una batidora (si no quieres usar una batidora puedes utilizar un tenedor) hasta tener un puré.
  3. En un bol ponemos la harina, huevos, aceite, el puré que calabaza que tenemos echo, azúcar (yo le eche unas 3 o 4 cucharas de azúcar) y la ralladura de limón. Si le van a echar levadura este es el momento.
  4. Engrasamos un molde con mantequilla y harina y echamos la mezcla. Lo ponemos unos 50 min en el horno a 180 grados. *Asegúrate con un palito deque esta bien echo.
